The tools and support, without spending thousands
Until now, most job seekers had two options:
- Navigate the search reactively, spending hundreds of hours customizing a resume for job posts with little to no success.
- Pay thousands of dollars for a personal search company to create and execute a customized plan.
Chris Kirkpatrick created the Career Accelerator Club to put vital job search strategies in the hands of motivated job seekers who don’t want to settle for less than they are qualified for. Chris has 10+ years in recruiting, personal branding and business development, and is the author of Executive Job Search Secrets and host of its podcast.

The five steps the club guides you through
-
Step 1: Seek clarity: begin with the end in mind
Get very clear on what you want. It is astonishing that 85% of the most successful executives cannot clearly articulate what role they want and why they want it. If you are not clear yourself, how can you expect a decision maker to be clear enough about you to invest in you?
-
Step 2: Create your marketing and branding documents
Think of your resume as part of a marketing and branding package. Ask 100 resume writers their opinion and you’ll get nearly 100 different answers. The resume is just one tool: the best resume in the world won’t do anything for you if you use it improperly. Stop trying to get a company to hire you, and start getting them to invest in you.
-
Step 3: Identify and target ideal companies and decision makers
It is essential that you don’t reach out to people before you are crystal clear on your brand. Then treat your search like a business: you are the product, and your job is to build a targeted list of ideal buyers with a clear call to action.
-
Step 4: Network and cultivate relationships
Only when you have completed steps one through three should you begin networking. You only get one shot at a first impression. If you can’t speak to every data point on your resume with authority and authenticity, you are not ready yet. There is an effective and an ineffective way to network, to both your warm and cold networks. Systematize it without losing the personal touch.
-
Step 5: Interview, negotiate, and close
If you haven’t interviewed in a long time, some anxiety comes with the territory. Proper preparation is how you win the interview. Then, when the position is offered, you will know how to negotiate your maximum value. After all, they are investing in you.

Frequently asked questions
Will this program work for me?
The club teaches the same information and process CareerNext was paid thousands of dollars to coach $200K+ executives through. It is essential for anyone earning over $100K, and just as useful for standing out in the lower to mid income range. If you want 5% results, you can’t do what 95% of people are doing.
Are career coaching and resume reviews extra?
No. Coaching through the club platform and resume reviews were always included. If you want a done-for-you resume or a more personal service, those are available separately on the services page.
Who are the coaches?
The coaching team is personally trained by founder Chris Kirkpatrick and head coach Norbert Juist, with 25 years of combined experience in recruiting and personal branding.
When does the club reopen, and what will it cost?
